• Email us at  info@pournami.com with your order number to obtain an RMA.
• Once approved, securely package the item, include the invoice, and ship it to our return address (provided via email).

  • Exchange for another item, or
  • Store credit (if applicable).

5. Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
